SHOULDER CALF SURGERY RECOVERY – Mark

Mark had a shoulder calf operation, because he got injured at his work. Mark works in the building industry and does manual & physical labour. He had permanent pain and had difficulty moving his shoulder as well as it gave him upper back pain & cramps. He was getting massages from me before the operation. I recommended my energy therapy for post-surgery recovery.

A few days after surgery, he called me because he had lots of pain and he could not lie down, only sit. He had to sleep in a sitting position. I gave him emergency energy therapy (only 15 minutes) to relieve his pain and to regenerate. Regeneration for his bones, muscles, nerves and skin (scar). He received this 3 times within 10 days. After these treatments he was able to lie down on his back and receive the 4 basic whole body energy treatments within the next 10 days. The reason for the 4 whole body energy therapies is to remove blocks and trigger self-healing. When I remove the blocks, the healing energy can flow freely throughout his body (meridians). After these 4 basic treatments, I gave localized energy therapies for his shoulder which were 25 minute each. These localized treatments were for pain relief; regeneration of the bone, muscles and nerves.

At week 2, he was already able to drive his car.

At week 3, Mark’s physiotherapist was very surprised at his advanced state of recovery. The nurse & doctor from the hospital were also surprised as he was recovering much faster than usual for this type of surgery. At the same time he started to exercise with weights and was asking for massage at the same area and back.

At week 4, he was exercising regularly.

At week 5, I started to give only once a week of massage and energy therapy.

What the doctors told Mark about his post-surgery recovery:

  • Won’t be able to lie down for two weeks and can only stand and sit.
    • He was sleeping beside his wife in bed after 1 week.
  • He won’t be able to drive or do any exercise with his shoulder for a month.
    • He was driving after 2 weeks and exercising by the third week.
  • His full recovery will take 2 months.
    • He was back in the gym regularly from the 4’th week.
    • He was ready to go back to work and his usual regimen by the end of the 5’th week

In Mark’s own words!
