Immune system article #4
What else can help regenerate your digestive system?
Intermittent fasting can be very effective, because they “rest” the gastrointestinal canal.
Don’t eat for 18 hours, 6 hours to eat (two meals/day) no snacking! For example, dinner at 6:00 p.m., fasting until noon the next day. In the morning (maybe a little coffee without sugar) but rather have medicinal tea, green tea, fruit tea or fruit. It’s even better to fast once a week from noon to noon.
Herbal Teas & Vitamins
Immune system boosting herbal teas:
thyme, oregano, mint, pot marigold, yarrow, plantain (eg.: ribwort, English)
Immune-supporting vitamins:
Vitamin C (1000 mg/day), Vitamin D approx. 8000 UI/day, Zinc
Alternative immune supporters: Fitoviron, Pollen, Echinatia (high potential, homeopathic agent)
A basic rule to follow: after 6:00 p.m., stop eating foods that are fatty, carbohydrates and hard to digest, because the body goes into a rest phase and just stores these as fat.
It is also important to exercise regularly. It is essential to trigger the detoxifying function of the lymphatic system. Find the fitness program that fits you the best & makes you happy. The main thing is to exercise three or four times a week, about an hour each time getting a good sweat… the increased heart rate, increased breathing and the increased sweating kick starts the purification processes. Of course, all vigorous exercise should be tailored to you, according to your health condition, age and sex. I also like to mention the cleansing power of the sauna too.
Finally, the most important thing is stress relief!!
Sound body sound soul? Or the other way around, if the soul is intact, the body is whole!
Our positive spiritual and controlled, balanced mindset is our main line of defense. High energy levels support our immune system, so it can perform its function biologically. For example, it protects you from pathogens!
I’d like to mention Dr. Joe Dispenza’s amazing lectures & talks. He recommends guided meditation training to program your mind positively, which can help eliminate all diseases by starting your self-healing ability.
What else can you do to relieve stress?
Anything that brings joy, relieves tension, calms a racing mind and harmonizes the body-soul-mind triangle.
Examples of stress relief methods: meditation, Yoga, excursions, massage, reflexological treatments, energy therapy, but it can also be a hobby, gardening, dancing, sports, jogging, petting animals… anything as long as you can feel released and free from your stress and HAPPY!
