Immune system article #2

The body’s defense system. The immune response is the defense mechanism that is initiated to defeat a foreign intruder, an “antigen” (infection) in the body. Its successful operation ensures our immunity. Our immunity can be a born attribute or acquired. The whole body is involved in this process, but mainly that of our intestinal system (intestinal mucosa and microflora) at about 70%. The remaining 30% by the lymphatic organs (spleen, tonsils, appendix and thymus), the lymphatic system and others like the blood.

So when it comes to strengthening the immune system, it is first and foremost about cleaning and maintaining the digestive system! Not just the intestinal tract, but the other organs that play an important role in the digestive tract. These are the stomach, liver, bile and pancreas.

Therefore, the most important thing in diet and in detoxification is the elimination of inflammatory processes (I will discuss this in detail later), that are present in almost everyone today.

Why is that?

The main reasons are stress, inadequate nutrition and lifestyle.

Persistent stress and negative emotions are destructive to the energy level and have a biochemical effect on the functioning of the digestive system, impairing its function.

How?

Negative emotions create an acidic environment that favors the kind of gut flora that likes to live and reproduce in it. They have an effect on us at the neural (intestinal-brain axis through the nervus vagus nerve) level that further perpetuates this negative emotional-mental state. This is what I always warn people about as bioenergy therapist. Beware of uncontrolled emotions and uncontrolled state of consciousness! Our body has a perfect mechanism for its operation. When the mind issues the instruction to “be in a bad mood” then the body creates the biochemical basis for this as described earlier. If it is maintained for a long time, it destroys the defense system and creates chronic diseases. So if we consciously stop this destructive process and become “in good spirits” this process is reversible.

So be careful because the aforementioned can become a bad cycle once it starts as it works back and forth. Our gut flora can also affect the attitude we have, our mood, our habits and cause addictions!

In addition, the acidified environment is a breeding ground for many pathogens. The proliferation of bacteria, viruses, fungi, worms and parasites and their end products and toxins destroy and thin the intestinal mucosa with the inflammatory processes they cause. Leaky gut syndrome occurs and intestinal contamination of toxins flow unimpeded throughout the body.

The other very important information to know! To relieve long-term stress, the adrenal gland produces cortisol, which causes inflammation in the intestinal tract in the long run. Stress also reduces proper gastric acid production. So briefly and concisely if you want a well-functioning strong immune system, be cheerful, live without fear, be happy about life and keep your digestive system healthy!

The meaning of life is to do the thing we were born for and in the meantime LET’S BE HAPPY! Any factor that prevents this is immune destructive, so it is harmful! We must use our common sense along with science. What makes you happy gives you a good sense of being is the building block of your body, so it strengthens your defense system. What makes you sad, what makes you afraid, what knocks you out of your safe routines are damaging!

In my next article, I will discuss the purification and regeneration of the digestive system in more detail. Later, I will also write a relevant enlightening story about healing a kitten.
